  Ingredients: Grain Alcohol for extraction and preservation, Dong Quai, Dandelion Root, Blue Cohosh, Vitex, Maca Root
  Suggested Use: Take 2 droppers full (approx 60 drops), 2 times a day when you are not actively bleeding. Stop taking this tincture while bleeding as Dong Quai can increase bleeding during active bleeding. Resume once your period has ended.
