We enrich the formula with propolis tincture—a potent antimicrobial resin collected by bees—to help fight infection, reduce inflammation, and speed healing. Beeswax seals in moisture and protects the wound site while allowing the skin to regenerate underneath. This salve may be used on deeper wounds as well. When applying to deeper wounds, only apply to the outside of the wound.
